Veterans
To express our appreciation for your service to our country, Woodvale Union Cemetery, owned and operated jointly by the Cities of Middleburg Hts. and Berea, located in Middleburg Heights on Fowles Rd., between Big Creek Parkway and Engle Rd., has designated a limited number of graves available for Veterans and their spouse in an area designated for Veterans Only.
Veterans, residents or non – residents, will receive a grave and opening and closing at no charge, and they will be able to mark their grave with a marker from the Veterans Administration Office (there will be a setting fee for placement of the marker).
Spouses can be buried in the same grave as a double deep full burial or cremation burial. Appropriate fees will apply depending on burial option chosen.
Please call the Cemetery Office 440-826-3455 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday or Saturday 8:00 A.M. to Noon and ask for Veterans Package details.
Woodvale Union Cemetery is a non – denominational cemetery serving families of all communities for over 160 years.
